Then when I went out to the car, I expected some help in learning how to use all the features of the car. John's attitude seemed to be here's the manual, read it yourself. AWFUL EXPERIENCE The staff that I spoke with were extremely unhelpful. The vehicle I was interested in was listed at a fair price on the website and increased by 2,000 The staff that I spoke with were extremely unhelpful. When asked about it I was told that it is a haggle free dealership and the price I had mentioned wasn't the true price even though I had taken screenshots of the vehicle number with the lower price listed. Emailed a sales associate who told me it's a haggle free dealership with a link to the website. Basically had a "deal with what we're telling you or find a new dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they act like they do not need your sale. More

New Looking Used cars BETTER than used cars@regular dealer David Cha was extremely friendly and helpful and was considerate of what we were looking for in a vehicle letting us remember the pros and cons the SU David Cha was extremely friendly and helpful and was considerate of what we were looking for in a vehicle letting us remember the pros and cons the SUV's and mini vans we were interested in. They had over two handfulls of vehicles we were interested online unlike regular dealships only had one or two vehicles we were interested in our price range, but out of ten or so vehicles there were two that sold just before we got there which we were bummed out about and maybe two that were not on the lot at the time. But in the end we really fell in love with the mini van we got and was extremely happy with it and our children LOVE it. David also cleaned our seats for us which we thought was generous but we didn't expect him to do it because it was pouring rain! My Aunt recommended him and he explained how they do not make commission but I do think he deserves a bonus or something for great customer appreciation. I will recommend anyone to him if they are looking for a new looking used car, which by the way majority of their lot looked like BRAND NEW cars- unlike other dealerships look decently nice on the outside but like crap on the inside and have extremely high prices!!! My family and I would definitely come back if we decide to get another used car for our second vehicle. Thanks David and I wish you the best in your work endeavors. More

Bad Experience I didn't like the way the salesman David Cha handled the whole sales process. No much explanation was given about the car, he wasn't friendly at all. They failed to fill the gas tank, the bluetooth module didn't work, the steering wheel was so stiff, there was some strange sound coming from the engine etc. I had to take it to the Davis Acura Dealership and have them inspected and i returned the car for service and asked them to fix it, to which they agreed.
