When my family and I pulled up, we were greeted by Keith Penny. He was very personable, not manipulative like other sleezy car salesman. Long story short, he sold us a NIssan Armada, which wasn't even on our radar, but I'm glad he recommended it. The process was smooth, the staff was friendly, understanding, and allowed our two boys to relax and watch TV (with water, pretzels, and candy). It was the best car buying experience ever, and we plan to buy from here again and tell others to do the same. I'm so grateful for this dealership, it's such a breath of fresh air. AWFUL EXPERIENCE The staff that I spoke with were extremely unhelpful. When asked about it I was told that it is a haggle free dealership and the price I had mentioned wasn't the true price even though I had taken screenshots of the vehicle number with the lower price listed. Emailed a sales associate who told me it's a haggle free dealership with a link to the website. Basically had a "deal with what we're telling you or find a new dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they act like they do not need your sale. More
