Mohamed Ali performed an A+ job when consulting me on the ins and outs of the car I was interested in buying. He did not only discuss the condition of the car, its history, and price negotiation but also tut ins and outs of the car I was interested in buying. I bought my Ford Expedition yesterday, and Mohamed Ali (Ali) was our salesman. Our wonderful experience started right in the parking lot. It was a little icy where the Expedition was parked, and Ali hel (Ali) was our salesman. Our wonderful experience started right in the parking lot. It was a little icy where the Expedition was parked, and Ali helped my father navigate through so that he didn't fall. He even helped my father in and out, as the truck is rather high. Which may seem small to some, this was huge for me, and honestly hadn't happened at any of the other car dealerships we had been at. From a sales perspective he was very informative, gave us all the info of how the car is checked, inspected, etc. After the test drive, he gave me a few minutes alone to really look over the car, which I truly appreciated. Buying a car whether new/used is a big deal, and many salesman don't give you that privacy to really "play" with it. After a few minutes, he returned and then went over everything I should've checked, just to make sure I checked everything. He seemed to really care that I was extremely happy with everything before we moved forward, even taking time to work with his managers about one little "issue" that I did find. Which Carvision is taking care of for me, and I do believe it was because Ali went to bat for me. I liked the fact that it was a no haggle place. And I honestly feel that he got me a great deal on my trade. I had looked up its value up on KBB before we got there, and he got me exactly what I wanted. The overall experience with him was one of the best from start to finish. It was late on a Saturday, we ended up being there a long time after they closed, and Ali was extremely patient. Even afterwards, he made sure I really double checked my old car to ensure I got everything. The entire staff was great, I would recommend Carvision to anyone. But I would especially recommend Ali, and I hope to deal with him again. Thank you Ali, it was probably the best car buying experience I have had (and I've had quite a few over the last 20 years). Nice selection of vehicles. Rated quality okay because the radio and clock did not work. I was fine with other little things bc I was seeing it so soon after arriving.
