Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

I enjoyed my experience with car vision. I did not expect it to go so fast and smooth because most things do not, but it actually did. I came in at about 10:30 and I drove away with my new car by 1. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend any friend or family member to car vision! In fact I already have. Although I do not like the fact that I have to sign up for this website in order to submit this!!!! More

My experience with Car Vision of Norristown started out good. Mohamed Ali was my salesman and was very nice. He made me feel comfortable. When I selected my Mariner, my brother and I worked on a price with good. Mohamed Ali was my salesman and was very nice. He made me feel comfortable. When I selected my Mariner, my brother and I worked on a price with Mohamed. He got it approved by general manger Tom Snader. When I stated I wanted to bring my wife in the next day for a test drive, Tom became arrogant and stated the agreed price was for one night only. After cooler heads prevailed, I purchased the vehicle the next day. Roger Blanchard was very helpful in finance. After 8 days, I began to have problems with the car. Mohamed Ali referred me to the service department and I never heard from him again!!! (no follow-up.) I had to bring the vehicle in for repairs twice in 3 weeks. After the second visit, sales writer Jimmy Franklin delivered my car to me where I work. I noticed the left passenger car door had been damaged and been "touched up" with a color of paint that didn't match my original color. I was NOT told of the damage! I brought the car back and Jimmy said GM Tom would not repair the damage!!! After pleading my case with Tom, Car Vision fixed the damage. It took two days. I asked for a loaner car, but did not get one. Jimmy said "I was pressing my luck." Marty, the Service manager did a good job. After repairing the door, Jimmy again dropped my car of where I worked. This time, he shut the car off while it was still in drive!!! Two days after that, the car developed a slow leak underneath the engine. I am afraid to bring my car back to Car Vision, because everytime I bring it in, something else goes wrong! More

I would highly recommend using Car Vision if you are in the market for a used car. It was by far the MOST painless car buying experience I have ever had. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and needing to finance. I was always warned about dealerships and salesmen. I'm pleased to say my experience was smooth and easy with Rohan. I didn't feel at all overwhelmed, or forced into any decisions. Wasn't able to do a trade for my current vehicle but it all worked out in the end. I absolutely LOVE the Volvo I purchased. Extremely clean and in excellent shape, you would never know it was 4 years old! The low mileage is what sold me from the start. Kevin was also very helpful with the paperwork process, and I very much enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks a lot, guys! More

I've purchased from Carvision before so I had expectations of a positive car buying experience. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Erik Dougherty made sure the Honda Insight I wanted met his expectations of a positive car buying experience. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Erik Dougherty made sure the Honda Insight I wanted met his standards before I test drove it then guided me through a low pressure process of getting a great loan and getting me all the assistance I needed to drive the car home. Roger Blanchard was plain speaking and helpful in providing me with a service program that made sense for the car I purchased. The buying experience took less than an hour and I had everything I needed to drive the car home. Erik went the extra mile and took care of getting me an owners manual additional set of keys for the new car and even dealing with service issues I had with my BMW. Jimmy Franklin in service not only made sure I had great service on my BMW with quick turnaround, they also cleaned my car inside and out and put air in my tires to make sure the car was really good to go. I generally don't write reviews because service is an expectation, but Carvision just gets the customer experience better than the new car dealers and sets a higher standard for any car dealer. More
