Very pleased with experience right from being able to chat online on a SUNDAY. Ken Keplinger was a real pleasure to work with, very worm individual, easy to discuss my specific interested in a car. I arrived first thing Monday morning an hour before your normal opening time. Ken came right out to me in the parking lot asking how he could help me and explained I was an hour early. WIthout missing a beat Ken said it was not going to be an issue and he could immediatly help me. He had to let me in the service entrance because the front door was still locked. All I can say is within an hour and half of pulling into your lot Ken had me driving out in my new car.
