I wish buying a car was always this easy. My first car purchase 7 years ago was a total nightmare. I test drove the Jeep Cherokee which I had expressed interest in to David prior to coming in and within an hour the whole process was complete, test drive included. Everyone was super friendly and they made me feel very at home. The Owner also came out shook my hand and personally thanked me for choosing to do business with Car Vision. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, the quality of the vehicle and the staff and have already spoken highly of this dealership to friends who are in the market for vehicles. My sales rep was good and she works very hard to get her customers satisfied. She communicated very well through out the whole process and she answered my questions. The reason why I did not give this dealership more stars is because I think they could do a better job on financing part. They told me that I needed a cosigner and I found one. I was embarrassed last minute when I went in with the cosigner to sign the paperwork only to find out they had reversed the signers making the supposed cosigner the primary applicant without consulting me. Asking someone to sign and asking someone to finance a vehicle are two different thinks. It seemed as if I knew about it and my friend did not say anything but it caused a little problem for me later on and until now there may be some trust issues going forward. More

Overall experience is good, fixed price store. Had some issues with breaks which were well taken care by service department.
