My sons decided they wanted other similarly priced cars on the lot no the cars I researched on line. While alternative cars were low milage, reasonably priced and "looked" OK, I was worried about the "real" condition of the autos. Since the pruchase of these cars we have become even more concerned with their real condition. We have experienced several minor electronic issues with one of the cars and the there is a persistant mold/mildew smell in the other (on the lot we were told it was probably because it was recently carpet shampooed). We are addressing both issues at our own expense but are a little perturbed by the situation. More

Had overall good experience shopping and purchasing our new (old) truck. Frank was our salesman and was very nice to deal with. I was referred by auto-trader to this dealer to sell my car. David Cha knew what the auto-trader's value of my car before I was coming. I told him that the dealer is way too far from me, he insisted on com car. David Cha knew what the auto-trader's value of my car before I was coming. When I drove for 50 minutes he gave me $1500 below auto-trader's value while admitting the car is in perfect condition. I also let him know before coming that I already have quotes from other dealers that are above auto-trader's value. All David Cha could say was refer me to other websites who buy cars.
