This is my 2nd time buying from car vision and never felt like I was pressured to leave with something. Atmosphere was welcoming, staff was polite and professional, water and coffee was offered. Buyer beware ! I purchased a Cadillac XT5 on 8/10 . The sale and purchase was smooth . The problem was I was last sale of day and didn’t look over the vehicle the w I purchased a Cadillac XT5 on 8/10 . The sale and purchase was smooth . The problem was I was last sale of day and didn’t look over the vehicle the way I should have . Basically pushed out the door at 545pm(they close at 5pm on Saturdays . )They were having computer issues within the finance dept that day so signing off took longer . When I got home , I was clearing out the CarVision mats and white paper service mats strategically placed in my car . I say strategically because between the 2 , you couldn’t see below . Well , once I removed the drivers side CarVision and paper service mat , there was nothing underneath .I have Cadillac xt5 all weather mats on my passenger side front , rear , and in the trunk . l called the dealership that Monday and spoke w/someone named Tom who identified himself as a manager . Tom and I went back forth . At one point he told me just to by own mat . I stated under no circumstances would I and that they intentionally tried hiding it w/the 2 mats . I just paid almost $30k for a car and it should come with matching mats . He ultimately told me he would call the following day with a solution ….2 days go by and no call . So , i call again . We bicker back n forth . At one point he tells to just by the mat myself which I disagreed with . In the end he tells me that he would talk to his parts dept in the morning and call by noon the following day .Well , 5 working days later and no call . Originally I thought it possibly left out after cleaning and detailing . Easy fix . Upon reflecting back , they knew the vehicle was missing a mat and did what they had to …to cover it up so it wasn’t visible . Now I ask , what else is covered up so the buyer doesn’t see it ? What else did they hide w/my vehicle that I haven’t uncovered yet …..It’s the little things(get a mat for my car) that make repeat buyers ! It’s the little things you don’t do that will make a person talk down your company to everyone they know ! More
