Make sure you check out Elite Motors . For 2 weeks I went around checked out dealership after dealership and all I got was a lot of wasted time and frustration . I saw vehicle on the Internet at Elite Motors I had never herd of them so I called and talked to Craig Galanti . Craig was great he let the car sell itself with no pressure on me . I liked that . If I didn't like that vehicle I'm sure Craig would of found another car that fit my needs . Craig was very friendly and when it came to the bargaining I felt like Craig was on my side and got me the best possible deal . Terrible Experience I purchased a vehicle from Elite Motors on 12/7/15. At the time of purchase, I was trading in a vehicle as well. The dealership said that my financial I purchased a vehicle from Elite Motors on 12/7/15. At the time of purchase, I was trading in a vehicle as well. The dealership said that my financial institution was not open and they would put an amount greater than the amount of my payoff on the sales contract, and reimburse me for the difference after the vehicle was paid off. I made the dealership put this in writing and have the document in my possession. Almost two months later, I have not been reimbursed for the difference. I went back to the dealership on 12/30/15 and was told that their Accounting department was closed and they would send the check on Monday. Another week has passed and I still haven't received the check. I left a message that has yet to be returned. At first I thought this was incompetence on the part of their Finance department, but I am concerned this may be a shady business practice this dealership uses against other consumers as well. If I hadn't tracked this, I would not have (and still haven't) received my reimbursement as required. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I don't believe that Christian is at fault and is unfortunately put in a bad position due to the incompetence around him. More

Straight-forward, honest representation We found this dealership online during our search for a Ford Expedition EL Limited. The ad gave great information and the description and many pictures represented the vehicle exactly as we found it when we went to test drive the truck -- one small bit of aluminum corrosion starting being the single exception, which we missed the first several times we looked at the vehicle and went over it with a fine tooth comb, explaining why the dealership had also missed it. It was minor enough that it was not a big deal in our decision. Once we decided to inquire, we dealt with Chris Mercado. He was very patient with us, as we took a while to make our decision given the balance in choosing a spectacular looking vehicle which obviously had been given good care against the general idea of buying a vehicle with such high mileage. Chris was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He explained that they are working on building their online business and want their ads to be as clear as possible, so that someone could buy "sight unseen" and still be satisfied afterwards. It took some time for us to finally decide, but we think the Chris and the dealership succeeded with this vehicle in having customer satisfaction match the description! We were not disappointed when we saw it initially, and continue to be very pleased that we went ahead and bought it! The pricing was very fair and we feel that we got a great vehicle. We also talked to Mark Furman at the end, along with Chris, and both were very straight-forward to deal with. We would definitely consider looking at their inventory when we might need another car!
