Miscommunication solved. John has been extremely helpful OK,. SO I was unhappy as to the Warranty, but now have had several phone calls from John and he is very helpful in explaining what happened. In the long run, I understand why this took place as it did, and would definitely refer my associates to JOHN he is very honest and I don't believe he was at fault at all! The communication from John about the mix up is excellent, and he has turned a not great experience back into an amazing one.
