Also the warranty company would not cover certain (wear/tear times relating to a water pump claim?) Steve, For the record the car sounds the same to me. I would not ever have recognized the grinding as a problem as I am not an auto mechanic. given the nature of bearings, I am a bicycle mechanic, Bearing wear is a gradual process. This is not something that overnight suddenly develops. It is my opinion that this car had bad bearings on when I test drove it. I will not budge from that. If the warranty can be upgraded for a reasonable price and they will cover the entire cost of fixing the bearing I will be satisfied. If they won't upgrade or cover the bearings then I would expect Elite Motors to replace them at no cost to me. Otherwise I will make it known that you sold a car with problems and used deceptive practices selling the warranty. By the way most educated people would consider "drive train" to mean from engine to wheels. Edward McGinniss, DVM

I did see a sheet that states you were offered more comprehensive coverages. Let me check tomorrow in greater detail. When would be a good time for you to stop in with the car so we can look in to the issue? Thanks Steve" Steve, The plans I was offered were a 3 year and miles, 4 year and miles, or 5 year 100,000 miles. not a more comprehensive plan. Ed

Dearest Steve, As a customer I have had a terrible experience at your dealership. I feel wronged on 2 accounts both of which I have detailed for you. Most managers and public relations people would work to rectify the situation. I have tried to discuss this with you but you and Roman continue to turn this around that the unfortunate condition of this can when it was on your lot is somehow all my fault. The other tact you use to to accuse my mechanic of overcharging and lying. All of this only serves to infuriate me. you will not listen and make this experience that much more unpleasant for me. Your only approach to not give anything up that would fix the situation. I will let my experience be known. the dealerrater post has not gone live yet, but will on the 24th. You know how to fix this, but refuse. Offer to fix the bearings, get me the kind of warranty I was told I would have. If the cost is reasonable I expect to pay that. Continuing to tell me this is my problem. I should have had the pump fixed at your facility. I took this car as is after a test drive when I am not a trained mechanic. Will continue to infuriate me. Unhappy customers will make a lot more noise than happy ones.
