We drove almost 2 hours to Elite Motors after seeing a Porsche on eBay and wanted to test drive. Craig G. met us with a smile. He quickly realized the vehicle was for myself and welcomed our family with respect and accommodation. It was then I learned that Porsche sales to women had doubled over the past few years and was the SUV to buy if you wanted a truck that compared to no other. Craig was very informative! He knew of the option package features of the vehicle and their price points. We price compared and with the "special order options", the truck was definitely wholesale priced, not dealer priced....no need to haggle. I took my oldest son with to ride in the backseat whilest leaving our youngest with my husband. Craig made me feel comfortable and encouraged I really explore the options of the car and felt completely confident that it was "the one". He answered all of my questions during the test drive, knew about the engine (just by the sounds while driving--impressive to me at least), and even had a conversation with my five year old when he started asking Craig questions. :) He politely obliged as my lovely boys ate cheetos and candy at the edge of his desk! :) As a Mom, I offered our appologies for the crumbs, but Craig insisted that it wasn't a problem. We were treated like family and that he understood, having two kids of his own. We were escorted to the television area where Cartoon network was put on for the kids and introduced to the starbucks coffee machine to ease us through the remainder of the paperwork process. He diligently worked at his desk the whole time. He would kindly retrieve us when a question or signature was required. Craig then called me, as promised, when our additional key was to be mailed out. Anyone (with or without kids) that wants to be treated with kindness and respect will be happy to do business with Craig G. I would buy another vehicle from him anytime. After leaving and considering it for a couple days we started the process of purchasing the Ford F150 truck. They were so pleasant to deal with and so quick to respond to my questions. After a week of getting everything sorted out we drove back in to complete the purchase. Other then it taking a couple hours to get the paperwork completed everything went very smooth and everyone was very accommodating. We purchased the protection plan for the truck and brought it back the following weekend. They gave a vehicle to use while the truck was being protected and had it done in the exact amount of time we were told. It was a great experience buying from Elite Motors and Craig was a great salesman. More

This is my first experience purchasing an item of this magnitude sight unseen which caused me a great deal of stress despite efforts to answer the multitude of questions I presented. Two weeks prior to my purchase from Elite Motors, I drove 10 hours to view an identical Range Rover that was described as “exceptional” and immediately upon arriving, it was visibly clear that it had been wrecked the entire length of the passenger side so you can understand my reason for worry and concern. The vehicle purchased from you arrived at my home late Monday evening and the outside was covered in dirt and sludge due to the weather conditions the driver had to contend with over the trip. It was late, but at this point my nerves were shot so I parked it in the garage and began the task of washing off the grime to see if I could expose a vehicle underneath and perhaps calm my worries. In summation, there is a reason you call your business "Elite Motors". The Range Rover I purchased from you not only met my expectations but has exceeded them. The paint shines beautifully, and the interior is immaculate. Every button and switch is in perfect working order. I have driven it now for two days and it rides and drives wonderfully. It has plenty of power and gear shifts are smooth as silk. My children are also enjoying the Rear Seat Entertainment. If I had to do it all over again, I can't say I wouldn't worry just a little but I can say, that I will definitely recommend "Elite Motors" to anyone looking to purchase a top quality used vehicle. I went to Elite Motors to look at a 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG. I worked with Steve (one of the partners) and Craig who was my salesman. They were not a high pressure sale at all. They let me take a day to consider my car purchase and when I told them I was not ready to pull the trigger, they did not try to pursuade me otherwise. Two days later, after I did tons of research in the car market to see what my other options were, I was able to put a deposit down, take the car to get inspected, and even make an appointment to get my first car into their service shop for an alignment in a matter of minutes. All of this I did with Craig through text. He was very responsive and had the car ready to go first thing when I came in to take it out for the inspection. My only complaint is that to get into the finance office to sign the papers and purchase a car with cash took hours. It was a Saturday and since I believe they only have one finance person, I had to wait behind others who were purchasing vehicles as well. With cash, I figured I could be in and out of there in 30 minutes. It took 3 hours. I would suggest they work on this aspect of the sales process. More

I live in Colorado Springs and had been looking all over the country for a great 4Runner Limited at a great price, I found it at Elite Motors. Craig was great to work with, and an honest salesman. I bought this vehicle sight unseen and went solely off of the information Craig provided and pictures on their website. This is the CLEANEST, 1-owner, 4Runner I found anywhere in the US at an incredible price! I flew to Chicago one-way, met Craig, completed all the paperwork, and was on the road driving back to Colorado in under an hour. When I got home I had my local dealership check out the vehicle and do an oil change...my Toyota dealer said it was in excellent shape and were surprised how little money I spent. All combined, the cost of the vehicle, one way flight, one night hotel, and gas back to CO all added up to far less than comparable 4Runners with the miles and year I'd looked at. I highly recommend Craig and Elite Motors. My next used car purchase will be at Elite Motors. More
