The dealership is a luxury car dealership that provides a wide range of different brands and models and the cars look impressive and immaculate from far away. However, upon closer inspection, you will notice a LOT of problems and you must be very knowledgeable about your vehicle you want or you will be disappointed with your purchase. I checked out this place because it had a car that I liked within a reasonable price range. The car had a lot of aesthetic problems that were obviously masked by the dealer and the dealer was not able to provide a detailed inspection record. Moreover, under the hood, the car was missing engine lids (Lexus puts lids on their engine); my sales rep told me he replaced the engine lid with a new one but failed to mention the three other missing lids. Very subpar quality all around. Roman (sales rep) was friendly, but was not fully knowledgeable about the vehicle. (He said that the Lexus navigation system can be updated with the iPhone, which is incorrect. Navigation updates require certified DVDs or USBs.) The manager or finance manager was rude and snarky. He made sarcastic remarks all around and I did not feel respected as a customer. Overall, unless you are willing to put a lot of work after a car purchase for a low quality item and want to deal with a business that does not respect their customers, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I had been on the website of elitemotorsonline.com to review the selection they had but I was honestly a little afraid to purchase a car in the Chicago area when I was 9 hours away in New York. I finally found the car I wanted on the web site but had already put a deposit on a benz from a local dealer... Anyway I called Elite motors on a Friday night and spoke to Craig, he was very helpful, he gave me all of the info on the car I wanted from his site, I also told him I was looking at another local dealer and had put a deposit down on it. He told me to go look at the local car dealer and call him after, the local car was a 2007 e 350 4 matic, the car Craig had was a 2009 e 350 4 matic amg, his price was $2500 under what my local dealer was asking!! I drove out next morning knowing I was going to just get my deposit back and I did! I called Craig from the parking lot of this dealer and asked him to go over the car with me, he said he would check it out, take it for a ride and call me back. By the time I drove home he had called me back reviewed everything with the car and site unseen I made the purchase. This for me was not something I would normally do, but Craig was very professional and made me feel very assured the car was as nice as it looked on the web. Less than a week later the car was delivered to my house in NY and it is even better than I could have thought, my mind is at ease and I am already searching his site for another Benz for my wife. I guess the bottom line is I would recommend Craig to my friends and my family and I have done so but more importantly I would buy another car from Elite motors and I intend on doing that. I had been looking for a very specific car since April 2013, a BMW 328i convertible with MSport package fully loaded. I was looking for a low mileage late model version and I quickly discovered that the 2013, a BMW 328i convertible with MSport package fully loaded. I was looking for a low mileage late model version and I quickly discovered that the cars were so rare that I needed to expand my search outside of my city. After a few months of looking in Texas, I decided that I would have to expand my search outside of the state in order to have any hope of finding the car. I was mostly looking at certified preowned cars at BMW dealerships, but after having such a hard time finding options, I eventually started considering cars from independent dealerships. When I first saw my current vehicle, it was advertised on Ebay. It was a different color scheme than I was originally shooting for, silver with red leather, but the car looked so beautiful on the showroom floor of Elite Motors that I was seriously considering it. I checked out the dealership from what I could find online and I called about the car. They were very straightforward with me and assured me that they ship cars out of state all the time. But at that time, I was really antsy about buying a car without being able to see and drive it in person so I decided to wait and continue looking. Well, I continued to check all of my various web sites on a regular basis and had a few deals that I pursued that didn't work out because I was not able to pull the trigger quickly enough on deals out of town. One day, I checked e-bay again and saw the same beautiful car except that now, the price had dropped about $3000 dollars. It was now October and after months of frustration, I decided to jump on this deal. I called up Elite Motors and started talking to Susan M about the car. Although she was new to the dealership, I was impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile in terms of finding out information for me and making me comfortable with doing a deal remotely. Believe me, I had a ton of questions and a ton of requirements. Even after just dropping the price $3K, they were willing to drop it a little more to make me feel good about the deal. I put down a deposit on the car and then we went about all of the arrangements to complete the deal. I hired a company called Lemon Squad to check the car out and they did a great review. The car was in beautiful shape and even though it was a 2011, it went in service in 2012 so even though the car wasn't a CPO like many I had been looking at, it still had the majority of the original manufacturers warranty left. Lemon Squad found only a few cosmetic defects which Elite Motors agreed to fix which made me feel even better about the deal. All paperwork was handled via Fedex and e-mail and Debra, the finance manger at Elite Motors, helped me secure a really good financing deal. They agreed to ship the car from Illinois to Texas for $750. The shipping took about 3 days. The car arrived on a car carrier that was too big to come into my subdivision so the truck driver unloaded the car and drove it to my door step. I immediately took the car to the car wash to wash off the grime from 1200 miles of road and immediately started getting complements on the car. It was even more beautiful than in the pictures and there was not a single thing about the car that did not live up to my expectations. Just a few days ago, I got a call from the title company who Elite uses and they made sure that everything about the out of state title transfer went smoothly. Just today, I took the car to a BMW dealership to have it checked out and have the plates secured and the service guy asked me if the car was new. I was informed that it looked like everything had just been serviced on the car so I was good to go. I love my new car and I am really thankful that I was able to find such a reputable dealership with quality people to help me finally find my dream car! More
