He is comfortable to work with, never pushes and always has the answers to my questions. He immediately knew that there was a Honda Civic on the lot that was exactly what I was looking to purchase. We took the car for a test drive, it felt great, and Walter facilitated the purchase of the car. The whole process was quick and easy for me and I and my daughter are delighted with the car.
