They wasted a lot of my time by not coming through with things that they told me would be no problem; like delivering my car when they said they would or calling me back when they said they would. I became extremely infuriated when after days of not hearing back from anyone I finally got a hold of a manager level person who basically lied to me about several different things. He was never able to apologize or admit that they had done anything wrong on their part. I could go on about all kinds of different annoying/shady little things that gave me a bad feeling about this place but I don't want to write a novel here. Simply put, if you're planning to get a Nissan then don't come to this dealer unless you're absolutely desperate. More

Radu, the NEW sales manager LISTENED to what I wanted in a car and WHAT I could afford. He set me up with exactly all that. The sales associate who test drove with me, Jim, was personal and unintimidating, no pressure. These guys want to make you happy.
