Lack of respect for others time and needs. I called on Friday for a part that came in to fix a warranty part. Was told they had to call me back. Still waiting. That was one and a half weeks ago. So now I have to start over with a dealership that is farther away. Thanks Jessica! Real great job. Not! More

I felt that the service center customer representative was purposefully deceitful in order to get me to pay a diagnostic fee of $225 by insinuating that the electrical issues on my 2015 / 80k mile vehicle was purposefully deceitful in order to get me to pay a diagnostic fee of $225 by insinuating that the electrical issues on my 2015 / 80k mile vehicle might still be covered under warranty. I reported issues with my turn signal switch as well as the panel with buttons to slides the windows up and down. The rep said it might be covered under warranty, I asked if there was any way to check if those types of issues could be covered by the warranty, and she said they couldn’t know until they diagnosed it which would cost $225. I mentioned that at 8yrs and over 80k my warranty would most likely only cover the power train system. She still said that it might be covered. Against my better judgement I went ahead and agreed to the diagnostic fee, only to be told that the warranty on these electrical parts expired at the 6yr/60k mark. I genuinely think this is something the rep should’ve been able to determine based on the issues reported (turn signal switch / window buttons) and by looking at the warranty on my car. Instead she misled me to believe these issues might be covered. Unfortunately I cannot trust or recommend these folks based on this interaction. More
