I have only used this dealership for servicing my Kona, but I'm very impressed with their customer service. Mike Vance is VERY helpful and personable. Their new customer lounge is very nice. Exorbitant price quotes in the parts and service department. They wanted $774 to change the hood lift shocks! Jessica told me they had to “remove the hood and everything, It’s a big process” That just didn’t sound right. Customers should always be priority, and unfortunately I felt that I was not a priority for this dealership, only the $7k+ work you were trying to get from my insurance. If another Hyundai dealership was able to work with my insurance and solve my issue within 3 days, I wonder why it was so difficult to work with Hyundai of Corona?… More
