When I booked the appointment I asked how long it would take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwa take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwash and was told it would be quick. I waited 2 hours for just a Carwash. Ridiculous and unacceptable. More

Easy purchase and they gave me a great price. I was rushed into making a decision and while I knew what car I wanted, I was talked into taking it that same day which I wasn't prepared for. I did not get to inspect the car carefully and there is a small scratch on the hood I didn't notice until days later. It was also late in the day when I took the car so I was not shown any features, only connected to the app and sent on my way. More
