My Service rep Miguel was amazing and kept me informed, however my 120k service done resulted in my car being installed with a leaky oil carriage. I got home and I can see the trail of oil leaking. My car started to smell Smokey from the leaking oil so I brought my car into a different auto service and they confirm the oil filter cartridge that was replaced was leaking oil. More

We have several Mazda dealers near our home, but they are nowhere close to the level of service and transparency of Mazda of Corona. I've talked to many other Mazda dealer personnel, and they are, at best, a 1-star experience. At CardinaleWay Mazda of Corona, they gave us a million-star service. We felt like we were at a BMW or a Mercedes dealership. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and attentive. Everyone greeted us, even when they were leaving to go home. I am a manager in the service retail sector, and I know excellent service when I see it and experience it. Angel is a great asset and a valuable employee to represent Mazda and its dealership. More
