When I booked the appointment I asked how long it would take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwa take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. Easy purchase and they gave me a great price. I was rushed into making a decision and while I knew what car I wanted, I was talked into taking it that same day which I wasn't prepared for. My Service rep Miguel was amazing and kept me informed, however my 120k service done resulted in my car being installed with a leaky oil carriage. I got home and I can see the trail of oil leaking.
