I called the dealership to inquire about service since my vehicle didn't have the designated amount of miles needed for an oil change, but I have had it for over 6 months. Steve Ross said to definitely brin vehicle didn't have the designated amount of miles needed for an oil change, but I have had it for over 6 months. Steve Ross said to definitely bring it in for an oil change and in fact, he would have that service performed at no charge to me! Wow, what a surprise that was. I schedule the appointment for the next day and met Steve who was very kind and friendly and said he would have me out in an hour and he did! I was very pleased with the service. More

Customer Service is always friendly, fast, and courteous. Nick remembers me every time I call and almost every detail about my vehicle. He is quick to point out areas for improvement that are budget-friendly Nick remembers me every time I call and almost every detail about my vehicle. He is quick to point out areas for improvement that are budget-friendly. He also takes into account the family situation when getting service scheduled and "makes it work". He's not afraid to take the extra step in letting me know, gently but firmly, that some repairs cannot be put off until later without compromising the vehicle's overall integrity, while other repairs can be pushed back to a later date - but he always remembers when that later date comes around to make sure it's taken care of. Amazing customer service! Extremely friendly! Nick called me up to three times a day reporting the status of my vehicle. I'm what you call "car challenged" but he took the time and patience explaining everyt me up to three times a day reporting the status of my vehicle. I'm what you call "car challenged" but he took the time and patience explaining everything thoroughly. Not once did I have a hard time. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was welcomed with open arms, too! This man is not only an excellent employee and perfect asset to this company, but such a genuinely nice man to begin with. With some people, you can tell they're just being friendly because it's their job; with Nick, you can tell he genuinely cares about you not only as a customer, but as a human being.
