Service appointment I called them four times yesterday (3/16/2016) for a service appointment. 1. Call was transferred to service, rang four times and dropped the call. Transferred to service, got voice mail, left my name and number. 3. Transferred to service and it rang endlessly. 4. Spoke to the receptionist who said service was very busy but she'd take my name and number and walk it back to service so they'd call me. As of mid day 3/17, no call back. Am now at Chapman Mazda. They took me in right away. I'm done with Cardinaleway! More
Excellent car buying experience!!!!!!!! Yesterday I took my 2016 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring in for service, and in a few words I left the dealership with an upgraded 2016 Mazda CX5 which was Yesterday I took my 2016 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring in for service, and in a few words I left the dealership with an upgraded 2016 Mazda CX5 which was BRAND NEW! The salesmen I dealt with were Scott Collins, and his sidekick, Rev. Randy. This is the third Mazda I have bought from Cardinale, and all three experiences were the best that I have ever had in buying a car. Both salesmen, Scott, and Randy, and also the Sales Manager, John (?) wet far and above their normal routines in selling me this automobile with absolutely NO PRESSURE! They were not persuasive, nor did they pressure me into buying this CX 5. I appreciate so much the effort that everyone there put forth, including the finance manager "TMAC" McClung. Everyone from introduction to final approval and driving off the lot went far beyond their requirements to sell me this car, which I obviously love. I think it has all the options known to man! A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone concerned! More

Cardinale Way has an outstanding reputation for integrity here, and I’m now a huge fan, thanks to everyone I met during my nine-days of their “finding the problem and solving it,” and making additional efforts on my behalf. My car runs better-than-ever! They not only fixed my problem, but they stayed with it over this extended time, and did me countless favors, including providing a loaner to drive –– to an extent that I now consider them “friends.” I dealt extensively with Chris Hanson, and with Josh Zomok, Austin Blake, Zenus Pridgen, Gordon Bryn, mechanic Jacob and others. It’s obvious that Cardinale Way is careful about whom they hire; the employee loyalty here reveals that –– and demonstrates the way this dealership treats “its family.” Cardinale Way deserves its superb reputation! They’ve won not only my business, but my willingness to tell others about them with unbounded enthusiasm. My next car will definitely come from them! More

Several recent mechanical and electrical issues were handled expertly on my 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport and it now runs almost like new again. These people are there with you throughout the process even if it takes a little more time and effort to diagnose and properly repair those unusual or out of the ordinary problems. They are nice enough to make a follow up call or send an email to make sure everything is running smoothly too. CardinaleWay has earned my trust and confidence over the many years of service to me and my vehicle. More

I was given a quote on what repairs would be, I was given a good scenario and the worst situation and time it would take to finish. I was offered a ride somewhere if I chose to leave to get some lunch. I was checked on during the duration of the time I waited. The car was ready earlier than quoted and lucky for me it was the good scenario. More
Had purchased an easeycare warranty for 2,000. The AC motor stopped working due to water or condensation backing up inside the AC area. Water actually came through the dash. Took it in for service. Warranty claim denied because it was considered a flood event. The dealership was very surprised that the warranty would not cover the 800 dollar expense. The dealership gave me no breaks and charged me in full. The warranty company is claiming it was an external environmental exclusion not caused by anything to do with the car. Strange. Both made money at the loss to the customer. Poor business practice of both parties. More
I called the service department on Saturday to schedule service on our CX-5. Due to an unplanned trip out of town we wanted to have the car serviced before we left town. John called back promptly and told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. The service was quick, easy and the car wash was really appreciated. John was professional and friendly as were the other employees. I'll definitely refer any Mazda owners to this dealership! More

The group always does an excellent job and does not try to oversell any work on the car. Zenus has been great the entire team as the service writer for my car and I never worry about it being taken care o to oversell any work on the car.
