I went into the dealership not knowing what vehicle I was interested in. My sales consultant asked me all the right questions to point me to the right vehicle that best fit my needs. I went in because Im looking to purchase a new car with good gas mileage. A good friend of mine had purchased a car from them a couple of years ago and recommneded that I stop by. The sales people were great. They took time to answer all my questions and were not pushy. They helped me compare their cars to other cars. Since I'm a first time buyer I had lots of questions and they walked me thru the whole process.They had lots of new and used cars for me to look at and after test driving a jetta, beetle and a GTI I told them I would have to think about it for a few days. I did my own research and finally went back and bought a new jetta! I'm extremely happy with my Jetta it has awesome gas mileage and the whole process was painless :) More

I have purchased a few cars over the years and have never experienced anything quite like Cardinale. If it wasn't that they had the car we wanted, we would definitely gone someplace else. Not quite sure they experienced anything quite like Cardinale. If it wasn't that they had the car we wanted, we would definitely gone someplace else. Not quite sure they needed the business. At least that is the feeling we had when they could have cared less if we bought a car or not. Then when we actually agreed on the deal, not everything was explained concerning the Pre-Loved status of the car. So we drove away thinking it was Pre-loved only to find out we had to purchase that option. Then 3 days after signing the paperwork they called to let us know the deal was NOW done and we have to go back and sign the agreement AGAIN!!! And the general manager Joe Owens acts as if we are making his life difficult by not coming down right now to take care of it. I will never go back there and definitely not refer anyone there. And if I can ever find the name of an owner or president and an address I will write a letter to let them know how I feel. More

Horrible experience. Went to trade in my 2001 Celica for another Celica, 5 spd. After the inital friendly people, they sent me their "Sales Manager" (forgot his name) who tried to pull the hard sell on me. another Celica, 5 spd. After the inital friendly people, they sent me their "Sales Manager" (forgot his name) who tried to pull the hard sell on me. Didn't think I could do math. Boys...60 times the payment you wanted basically got me a $13,000 car for $30,000. No thanks. For that money, I upgraded to a Honda S2000 over at Honda World. Go see them instead! More
