So I was very pleased with everything about Carizona until my tires blew 2 days after purchase of 2009 Chevy traverse they sent my wife and kids off the lot with bald inner tires and busted rack and pin until my tires blew 2 days after purchase of 2009 Chevy traverse they sent my wife and kids off the lot with bald inner tires and busted rack and pinion very upset with this place. They also repainted car and never re installed any weather stripping on windshield and roof and had over spray all over the car and rims. I will never do business with them ever again. More
Never contacted me-someone did but I do t know from which dealership? Sent a very detailed response of what I’m looking for and heard back nothing. So 1 star either way….if it was them, didn’t say from where dealership? Sent a very detailed response of what I’m looking for and heard back nothing. Was interested in a 2001 Toyota 4runner. I was told it wasn’t in the new buyers program because it was to old which I can understand. The next day I get a text saying there’s another newer 4 I was told it wasn’t in the new buyers program because it was to old which I can understand. The next day I get a text saying there’s another newer 4runner with 90k more miles that I am approved for in which I said i’m not. The next day I get another text saying I am approved for the original 2001 I was interested in. I then took the 45 minute drive back out just for them to tell me there was a “communication error” and I can’t get the deal they texted me and confirmed multiple times I could have. Didn’t negotiate much and now I still don’t have the car. The sales manager and Isaac could have done a better job at communicating. Will not be returning and I do not recommend this dealer. More
I was sold a car that wouldn't start as soon as I signed the paperwork. First I was told I could cancel the contract. Then my trade in owenership was transferred to the dealership and I was stuck with a car the paperwork. First I was told I could cancel the contract. Then my trade in owenership was transferred to the dealership and I was stuck with a car that needed to have the motor replaced. It took a month exactly before I received car. The dealer made me keep my trade in to use as a loaner and forced me to pay insurance on it. This was overall the single worst car buying experience Ive ever had. The salesman, financial guy, general manager and others would routinely hang up on me and wouldn't answer calls or emails. I wish I researched the dealer as much as I did the vehicle. I'd have never bought from them. I'm not the only buyer to be treated this way. Please find a different t dealer if you need a vehicle. More

After purchasing a near $50,000 vehicle from this dealership I had issues with it less than 12 hours owing it. I had noticed that the power locks were malfunctioning and only the drivers door would l dealership I had issues with it less than 12 hours owing it. I had noticed that the power locks were malfunctioning and only the drivers door would lock, all of the other doors had to be locked manually. Sometimes it wouldn’t even unlock with the key fob and it had to be unlocked manually. When I took the vehicle back to the dealership the day after purchasing it the general manager took it back to the service department to get figure out what was going on. He came out and informed me that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 to fix the issue, which he later informed that I would need to drop it off and then they would look at it and resolve the problem. I asked the GM if power locks were on the inspection sheet and he informed me that the inspection sheet was for power train, that didn’t settle with me right so I asked one of the mechanics if it was on there and he informed me all that it was a 120 point inspection and all electronic components were on there as well. That was the first lie, when I went back into the office to inform the GM of what his mechanics just told me he changed up his story to account for lying to my face, when I asked him for the inspection sheet of the vehicle I owned at this point he told me that they do not provide customers with that information which is very concerning alone, they told me that the vehicle had no issues at the time of sale and obviously it did. He tried to negotiate on pricing with me to resolve the power lock issue which I was not going to take. He told me that his service manager was going to give me a call once he returned from out of town in a couple days, a week later I still had no response. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the GM, he wasn’t in the office so I left a message, a couple more days go by with no response same thing happens but this time I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership, still nothing. Over 3 weeks go by without a single response from the dealership, I call again and finally get ahold of a manager he tells me the GM would be in his office and would return my call as soon as he gets in. Still never returned my call, today 28 days after the day of purchase I finally reached out and was able to get ahold of him, obviously very upset at this point I told him about all the issues I was having with the vehicle more and more every week, I told him that he needed to find a way to resolve Atleast the initial problem, at this point he started getting very hostile with me saying I need to learn to control myself and other manners that were completely irrelevant to the issue I was having. Further more he started to swear at me over the phone because he didn’t like criticism I guess. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
Dealership lied to me. Saw a car on-line with chrome rims. Went to look at it and they took the chrome rims off and put junk on instead. Never gave me an answer on why the car did not have the rims on i rims. Went to look at it and they took the chrome rims off and put junk on instead. Never gave me an answer on why the car did not have the rims on it as pictured. They said they would put the chrome rims back on but never did. Had some bogus excuse why they didn't. Buyer beware!! Thank goodness I decided not to buy car since they refused to put the chrome rims back on or give me a real reason why they took them off in the first place. More
This place is a scam. My boyfriend crashed a car that was on their lot. He was told to go get it. And when he did what he was told, the car crashed because it had no brakes. Which it even states in the cartf on their lot. He was told to go get it. And when he did what he was told, the car crashed because it had no brakes. Which it even states in the cartfacts. Now they are taking a ridiculous amount out of his paycheck. They are required to have insurance for every car at that lot. Use your insurance scammers! Stop taking advantage of hard-working people!
