I visited Carl Black Buick GMC in Roswell to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was excellent — very helpful, polite, and professional. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling the pricing discussion as a professional business conversation, he spoke in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no respect shown during the interaction. I am 100% confident that the person currently making management and pricing decisions is negatively affecting this dealership’s sales and reputation. One manager’s behavior can easily drive customers away — and that is exactly what happened in our case. The sales staff was great, but management needs serious improvement. This dealership has potential, but leadership behavior like this hurts the entire business. More

On 11/7/2025 I went to this dealership to have 4 new tires installed on my 2023 Buick Envision. After I received the vehicle back later that evening, I noticed 2 wheels where damage. (The wheels where i tires installed on my 2023 Buick Envision. After I received the vehicle back later that evening, I noticed 2 wheels where damage. (The wheels where in excellent condition beforehand with no damage) I went to the dealership the following morning, 11/8/2025, and let the Service Manager (Bill) know the wheels were damaged, and was told the dealership would fix them. I expressed concern with the repair as I know from prior experience that repair work is sub-par, and will never have the same texture, color, finish, durability, etc. the OEM finished wheels have during the manufacturing process. I was told via text on 11/10/2025 there GM doesn't have any wheels in stock and the only way to fix the issue quickly is to allow the dealership to perform a repair. This is not true, as I contacted another GM dealership that has 7 of these wheels in stock. 11/19/2025 1 of the 2 wheels was partially repaired (There was damage on the inner barrel and other wheel facing) and the workmanship is beyond horrible. The finish is incorrect, color not the same, and the surface of the wheel outer rim is distorted More

Where do I start? The dealerships advertised price online isn't the actual price? They added $2,995.00 for a "carl black" package? When I asked about it my sales person informed me that it was indeed on the website in fine print at the bottom but he would discount it down to $1,490.00. I did find the fine print on the website, it said the package was only $1,195.00 and that it was optional. After speaking with the sales rep again he went to his manager and said that was a mistake that only the Yukon had the $3k add on and the Sierra was less, while on the phone with the sales rep I looked up the Yukon it was also listed at only $1,195.00 and optional. At this point the sales rep had no idea what to say, the manager refused to take off the optional "carl black" package. I have bought many cars over the years and I know money needs to be made, but to mislead customers and then not removing the fees that are stated as optional on your own website is not ok. More
