I was on the market for a car and found this jetta 09, the salesman Mr Sim Thomas to put shortly "spectacular" this man went above what normal salesman would do and accomplished wonders.

I called my sales rep Sim Thomas on a Saturday to try and squeeze in a quick maintenance. Sim recommended that I call and get in touch with Frankie I believe, Service advisor, and he was able to get me in ASAP for. 30 second be fix. Super awesome to not have to wait!
