Service problems adequately resolved. Had battery change & remote battery change. Dropped car off @8:30am. Called back @2:30pm or so to check on status of unit as not yet heard back. another great job brought my truck in for a battery problem- wasn't holding a charge. was told it was an alternator. Lana then explained my options and the cost of ea brought my truck in for a battery problem- wasn't holding a charge. was told it was an alternator. Lana then explained my options and the cost of each option. the part had to be ordered so l was going to go home and come back in the morning after the part arrived. As I got in to leave she asked if I would mind leaving my truck and she would have a loaner for me later that afternoon. I said Ok and one of the technician drove me home. I later decided that I did not need the loaner and told her when she called me to tell me the loaner was ready. She then said she would call me in the morning when it was ready. Great service, Great people to deal with and Lana was especially helpful in explaining my options and offering me a loaner if needed. More
