Took my Toyota in for routine oil change. After telling me my car was ready, I paid for service and then cranked up my car. I sat in car about 3-5 minutes with car running and then realized oil light was me my car was ready, I paid for service and then cranked up my car. I sat in car about 3-5 minutes with car running and then realized oil light was on. They FORGOT to put new oil in. They drove my car back into oil changing area with no oil in it and Probably did permanent damage to my vehicle. They fired the employee but offered me no compensation for causing probable motor damage. They let me leave with no explanation and did not tell me what had happened. No responsibility or accountability offered by them for what they did. No one called me to offer any compensation for the damage that was probably done. I am told damage may show up right away or down the road. Now I feel that Carl Hogan does not care about the customer, only the sell. I am writing this to show written statement as to what happened and how I was treated in the event my car is ruined. Shame on Carl Hogan! More
Please dont take your car to this place. We got tire rotation n they didnt put our lug nuts on an tire came off. They didnt seem to care or nothin. I was hurt and nobody asked were we okay. All we got was i apologize and we fired the guy we saw it on tape. All the workers are young. We will never go back. Those young guys dont seem to care about nobody car.
