Once all the paperwork was ready they sent it over to the finance department were Michael Farling worked with multiple banks to get me the best deal, and in a range that I was comfortable with. I came in for service, which usually is completed quickly and efficiently. Five people came in for service and left before I did. This was for a lube and oil and tire rotation. I also asked them to see why the radio would not shut off after the car was turned off and the door opened. I had to have the battery replaced once already with on 10000 miles on a new care. I left two and 1/2 hours later and they still didn't correct the situation. Said that they had to get with the GM dealer?????? More
