Terrible customer management. So, I saw two cars that caught my attention from online sources, including cars.com. I emailed and called. Six people called or texted over 10 ti So, I saw two cars that caught my attention from online sources, including cars.com. I emailed and called. Six people called or texted over 10 times to confirm my appointment with the VIP manager during the "weekend sales event". I was clear about the car I was driving there for. None seemed to know others called before them. When I arrived, it was a regular sales day, there was no VIP manager waiting for me. The first free guy engaged me. He did not show any interest in me. Next to the free guy was another sales guy eating. I'll get to him later. We were led to the car, saw it, liked it, and decided to continue the conversation with sales guy #1. I started asking questions and guy #2 turns and says, we just sold that car. Guy #1 shrugged his shoulders and continued showing no interest. No car gets sold in 5 minutes. Therefore, both guys knew they made me waste my time. Further, no effort was made to see if another vehicle could be if interest. We left. Drove to a nearby Audi dealer down the road and bought a used Audi. The Audi sales people were awesome. They listened and offered suggestions. We paid the purchase in full. More

Stay away from this dealership, unless you like to be ripped off. We purchased a 2018 Mercedes that was listed for $21,000. When we asked what the out the door price was we were told by Jay, the salesman ripped off. We purchased a 2018 Mercedes that was listed for $21,000. We made the mistake of trusting them and they got us good. We tried to contact them and were hung up on several times and never responded to our emails and voice messages and texts. They never even gave us a breakdown of the charges. I feel so violated by these theives.i hope that everyone who reads this does not get ripped off by this dealership like I did. Good luck. More
