While driving home to Texas the following day, the van suffered a catastrophic structural failure when the roof separated at highway speed on Interstate 20. Subsequent inspection revealed extensive rust and structural deterioration that was not disclosed before the sale. More than three months later, I still have not received the vehicle's title and the van remains in Georgia, while I am in Texas without reliable transportation. My experience has been marked by serious safety concerns, lack of transparency, and ongoing title issues. More

They are not good people here and I do not recommend them at all a very frustrating and upsetting experience trying to purchase a car from this company . More

It was very hard to get in contact with this dealership they wouldn’t respond to emails took me about a week to get a call back This dealership lied to me on multiple occasions despite me being 2 hours away they continued to waste my time they told me the damaged wild-shield on the car would be replaced and after taking multiple hits on my credit shopping for better rates they let me know they won’t fix it they waited for me to drive two hours down to let me know the car had been in an accident after telling me it had clean carfax they refused to work with me on the price they bought the car from auction so there’s no telling what condition it was in before I wouldn’t reccomend anyone shop here More

Nonetheless, Greg stopped doing paperwork and picked up the phone and kindly introduce himself, and then pleasantly asked how could he assist me. In today's world this was a rarity. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also professional, patient and very kind. For his good work ethic I am very grateful. Because, of his excellent customer service I believe that CAG will take good car with my sister in her vehicle pursuit.
