They were difficult to work with. My trade in value was completely undervalued. Then when I asked if I could take it off they asked how long it would take me I said 15 minutes and they said " thats too long we dont have time". So now im out 600 value or even half that should have been considered. And I have negative equity. The new car i got from them only had 1 key phob and they refused to get a second one for me which was ridiculous I gave them 3 xxxxxxfrom my trade in and they didnt even consider finding a way to make any of this right. More

Good experience; the purchase process was easy, and Jose Figueroa (whos was our sales associate) was very helpfull. However, the same cannot be said for the Service department, they never answer their phones, and i am still waiting for some parts that were missing from my truck, yet they won´t give me a delivery date. It makes me feel like they are only interested in making a sale and not in provinding support for anything else..it is frustrating. More

Spending 20k, I expect the company to not only be thankful but to be patient with whom is spending the money. I was there for hours and after a while it was clear he was done working with me. Awful 1st experience I had to end up coming back days later due to the drivers door not working properly. I'm not sure why none of this was looked at prior to having the car on "READY TO SELL", but I understand things happen. They gave me a loner, thanks to the manager John or Jake I believe, I was taken care of. Larrisa also helped me when I had to come back. She handled me with such grace, and even played a confetti congrats video for me. Very nice. More
