I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle I purchased. Many things are not noticed at first glance of a vehicle. The vehicle was sold and it’s past the time of your satisfaction guarantee. Also, I have a beautiful white bumper on the front of my vehicle. Someone at your facility DRILLED TWO HOLES into my bumper for a license plate frame advertising CARMAX. Why did you drill holes in my bumper without asking me? If there isn’t a mounting bracket for a license plate, you MUST ask the buyer if they want holes drilled on their new car! I’m simply disgusted and disappointed. I’ll NEVER buy from Carmax again.
