Well. Let’s see. It took 7 hrs to actually purchase the vehicle, which I had already researched, got financing for. Two different sales people “helped” me Let’s see. It seemed as though there was some issues with the Carmax software system. I’m was extremely tired after 5 hours of waiting to purchase. Needless to say i finally got the Vehicle with only one key. The next day the check engine light came on. I got a dirty loaner car for over a week until I got my vehicle back. More
