It wouldn’t let me give zero stars, i would give minus if i could. I bought a ‘16 Corvette Z06, expensive car, was sent out with a tire that loses air and a satellite radio that didn’t work. Took 2 weeks to i could. I bought a ‘16 Corvette Z06, expensive car, was sent out with a tire that loses air and a satellite radio that didn’t work. Took 2 weeks to get a service scheduled so didn’t drive it unless i felt like airing it up. They had to sent to a dealer to fix radio so another week and was told they “looked” at the tire and nothing wrong, apparently my imagination. Service is obviously a joke. Guess will have to continue to take back every couple days to get air. So if you’re looking for a car that you don’t need to drive, come here. Otherwise i would definitely recommend somewhere else. More

We walked into Carmax, were greeted by a friendly young man, and promptly had Mitch Martin ready and helpful in finding just the right vehicle to meet our needs. He filtered their inventory of vehicles on his computer as per our parameters on price and features. We looked at several vehicles and found just what we wanted. We purchased the 4-year extended warranty, so we'll see how that works, as the A/C is having an issue and we have an appointment in 2 weeks to have it fixed. Sales experience was great. Now we'll see how the service end of Carmax does. I'm expecting a good experience. More

We seen a car on this site priced at 13000. When we got there the car was priced at 16000. I drove 45 mins for nothing because of your bait and switch. Made an appointment for 1130 on a Saturday. Got there and checked in at the front desk. Was told to go look at the vehicle and wait. Waited 20 minutes and nobody came to me.
