I was referred to Good year tire service, they were awesome but CarMax had to approve the service. It took about 6 and half hours of waiting on someone to send the approval. I called several times, my husband and Good year service to get approval sent. It took me threatening to return car for someone to send approval! And to add how rude some of the employees were!!!!!! Never will I recommend anyone to do business with them again! More
