The entire Carmax experience was not good for me. I was extremely frustrated by the national people I spoke with during my process. Once I arrived at the Lafayette store, the experience changed compl I was extremely frustrated by the national people I spoke with during my process. The associate I dealt with, Cassaundra Noland, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful finishing the purchase of my truck. As was the manager on duty that day. And I can’t remember his name, but it is obvious everyone in the Lafayette store works as a team to make the customer’s experience as positive as can possibly be. I’m not sure if Cassaundra will still be working there when I decide to purchase another vehicle, but I will definitely look to the Lafayette store for my next purchase. More
