Took almost 2. 5 hours to close a deal that was supposed to be in and out. Then there was electrical problems with the car. It was such an easy process, and the staff answered all of our questions. My car is wonderful. However I saw a check engine light on one Sunday evening and I called the manager on duty. He gave it some diagnostic test and took my car to the Mercedes dealership where they fixed the problem for free, since it was an emission issue under warranty! I was happy! More
