I actually came in to the dealership for an oil change on my old car. I had issues with the paint on it. I dealt with James Hardy about it and he did as much for me as he could beings I had bought it used f my old car. I had issues with the paint on it. He was very helpful with presenting me with a deal on a new car that I am very happy with. He let me know that if I had any questions on the cars features to be sure and call or stop by and he would be more then happy to explain them to me. Also dealing with the financing of the car I was helped by Gayle Crombie. She also was very friendly and very helpful with the overall paperwork I needed. She also said to call with any questions I might have. BOTH James and Gayle were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It helped my buying experience to be a very pleasant one. The dealership met my credit union’s loan rate and made the negotiation quick and painless. Carr made sure my truck was washed and fueled up at no charge. Stew was personable and took the time to get to know me. He even contacted me the following day to see how I was enjoying my new Sierra Denali - of course I was out driving it!
