I purchased a vehicle last December 2022 and had to take it in to get serviced in July 2023, 5 weeks later it wouldn’t start so I had to tow it into getting serviced. Since it was over 30days they wouldn’t it in to get serviced in July 2023, 5 weeks later it wouldn’t start so I had to tow it into getting serviced. Since it was over 30days they wouldn’t waive the warranty deductible. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this response in customer service as their team could have missed it in the first inspection 5 weeks earlier causing to have to take it in once again shortly after. I will not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from van horn budget after this experience -I should have listened to word of mouth that van horn sells lemons and then won’t take care of you after they sell you a vehicle. Look somewhere else! More
