I recently purchased a 2007 KIA Rio from Carson Cars. I would like you to know how nice I was treated. Not by my salesperson Brian W, but all of the employees were friendly and bent over backwards to help I would like you to know how nice I was treated. Not by my salesperson Brian W, but all of the employees were friendly and bent over backwards to help me with the purchase. From the moment I first spoke to Brian he showed an energy and caring that I felt his desire to help me. I had very specific financial limitations. Brian and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and compassion. They worked on my purchase for two days to come up with a purchase plan that allowed me to buy a car. This allowed me to have my freedom back as I have been without a car for over 2 years now. I am on social security disability and don't bring in a lot of income per month. Brian was especially kind and tenacious to help me. He treated me as a "friend". This was a pleasant experience, and I just wanted to let you know how pleased with your business I was. I just moved into Mukilteo from Tacoma and didn't know where to go to look for a new car. My friend referred me over to Carson Cars. Right away I liked how they worked. John was great to work with. He knew I was on a budget and he was honest with me and told me what could wait until I had more funds and what needed to get done right away.
