I went in to buy a Ford Raptor 2011 SVT package and David was my sales person. He was very helpful throughout the car buying process and did everything he could to meet my needs and get me into the truck of was my sales person. He was very helpful throughout the car buying process and did everything he could to meet my needs and get me into the truck of my dreams. He was transparent about the truck and the deals the banks where offering. There was a problem with the truck (cv axel) and a few other minor things. The Carson Auto Repair shop was just as friendly and kind as the people at the dealership. In the end I was taken care of by the dealership and my truck was fixed and ready togo in a timely manner. I was communicated with each step of the way and I never felt more at home.and taken care of by a dealership. if I could give 6 stars I would. if your looking for a great deal and great wheels then go to CarsonCars. they will treat you right! Buyer Beware applies when purchasing from Carson Cars. My personal POV is that they are untrustworthy. I purchased a car for my 16 yr. old daughter thinking that I was getting a safe vehicle for her to My personal POV is that they are untrustworthy. I purchased a car for my 16 yr. old daughter thinking that I was getting a safe vehicle for her to drive. Nothing is further from the truth! I say this because of the numerous repairs needed for things that were supposed be covered in their advertised 52-point inspection. Our sales rep, Garrett Newman, confirmed later that the inspection was clearly NOT done, but that they couldn’t do anything about it. After pushing, I was offered a $500 credit toward another vehicle. Not acceptable compensation, especially considering I had to pay an additional $4,500 to cover those items that should have been done. According to my mechanic, the car was not safe or legal to drive on the street in the current condition. One example: Garret told me that the tires were “brand new”, and they looked that way from the outside – but when removing them to replace the breaks (yes, those were shot too), you could see the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal. Besides the long list of hidden repairs needed, the real kicker is that they listed us 120 days delinquent in paying off the car loan… when we paid cash (in full) for the car and never had a loan with them! This dropped our credit score 23 points. When asked to have them correct the mistake, again they said there was nothing they could do. My personal recommendation is to stay far away from Carson Cars as possible. More
