Horrible Run Far Away! I Got a car from them that had problems i Had to leave the..car for 2 Days i come back i get into the car and i heard Noise shacking Garrett told me the car is Small and everything problems i Had to leave the..car for 2 Days i come back i get into the car and i heard Noise shacking Garrett told me the car is Small and everything is close Together, once you drive and pick up speeds it would be fine Nope that was Not True i left Picked up speeds and had to turn around! Told Garrett & they gave me a Fleet Van..it was No Good As i got on the freeway I had to bring it back to days Later my car Still was Sitting at the dealer they didn't even take it to the shop Just Yet couple days go by im calling there like we will get back to you..its been a week i call there like call the shop i Do just that , the shop Says oh there is nothing wrong with the car and i could come out and point it out to them..i go on a test Drive with the man and see a car seat im lime this car is not safe for kids..it has issues!!! He goes mike said take it home and fir tbe day and test Drive ?? After hours but you just told me you picked up speeds to 70 to 80 on freeway Like really come on, so we get back and he goes were going to balance tires set the oil lights change oil give them and hour i get back lights codes are still on..and they tell me you need Motor mounts i had to physical go out there and tell y'all what was wrong with the car they lied to me and sold me a car that had issues and then tried to lie to me about it..so he goes the parts will be ready next week keep in mind im at the shop on a tuesday!! He goes i called every place for parts i knew that was a Lie! I went back to the dealer to Garrett i need a different car the car has issues yall lied to me i have kids i need reliable car ect he goes ill talk to The General manager and get back to you but i told him this a week before also, so wednesday - friday im callingg the shop oh garrett will call you back i call back 30 minutes Later oh garretts Gone xxx!! Then all the sudden the shop call oh car is ready im like naw yall pushed that to fast the car is really broke now!!! They pused me out the way i kelpted calling so they rushed to fix the car at this point they cant be trusted THEY wanted me to HAVE what THEY wanted not answering any of my ? They want $ ashley i think that's her name calling talking bout $ being owed& Repo i never drove the car of the lot its never been in my drive way! to them I'm like i Don't want that car y'all BEEN playing games after games with me!!! Do u want another car xxxx no this is y'all last resorted for me y'all should have been said that i was waiting for garrett to talk to GM but Im Good SHe goes repo on me how y'all's gonna do that when its still in y'all's possession i Want my $$ back ASAP they have not called me back Return, my calls and i told them come get this terrible van y'all gave me she got tbe nerve to ask for my Address girl u Already know what it, Is like stop playing..RUN AWAY BAIT & SCAM BTW called friday Ashley playing games ill call you BACK phone hangs up twice havent heard anything back its Sunday i told her yall come get this fleet van yall gave me that yall Don't check out no way Garrett goes 5 people are waiting on fleets they give you bad loner cars these people are scam artists the van i have is not safe to Drive& ASB light came on Please run and Don't waste your money More
