First Honda Care Sentinel Program Oil Change Appointment at 7:15 a.m., arrived at 6:50 a.m. waited for service department to open. Mark promised the change would take between 45 to 1 hour for the Appointment at 7:15 a.m., arrived at 6:50 a.m. waited for service department to open. Mark promised the change would take between 45 to 1 hour for the scheduled multi-point oil change. It took about 45 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks Mark! More
