Encountered Robin on my very first car dealership visit. Showed me around a few cars and even test drove the honda accord. I was in between the accord and HRV. He showed me the options and made everything feel very comfortable which im glad because I was very anxious. Gave us his card and even let us know he’d come in on his day off to meet us. Messaged a deal over the phone with Robin and got us an amazing deal for my very first car. He was cooperative and helped my bf and I feel welcomed. He sat us through every step and then handed us off over to Ozzy for finance who also helped us through each step even after my bank was giving us a hard time and helped clarify the steps. It did take a while but the whole process was pleasant. Robin gave us the rundown of the whole car and the benefits the dealership offers. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at a dealership. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know! More
