As I waited for the Service Center to finish the oil change, Jessie Avila greeted me and suggested I upgrade into a new car with a better %APR. Alongside with others from the Nissan Dealership, Jessie was able to upgrade me into the 2014 Nissan Sentra SV at an reasonable price, something other dealerships had not been able to do for months. This is the second time I purchase a car at Carson Nissan and will definitely not be the last. The team at Carson Nissan work like a well-oiled machine as they enjoy assisting each an every person that walks in, making them much more than the ideal Car Dealership. More

I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. I told him my preferences and he not only located the vehicle, He honored his price he gave me for an in stock vehicle.Max wrote up the contract and had it delivered to his dealership. Next day Max called and picked me up at my home 25 miles away, This was on 12/31 to pick it up in time for the end of year Tax cut off. He even blew dinner with his wife to get this deal completed on New Years Eve. Max is a true gentleman and handles the entire process. No middleman or hidden from sight manager. 35 years of buying vehicles and Max was the best of all my dozen plus transactions. Thanks again and I will be back for all my future purchases. Quick, Professional, and Not Too Pushy This is the second time I've taken my car in for service at Carson Nissan. The first was for routine maintenance, and we chose them form convenience o This is the second time I've taken my car in for service at Carson Nissan. The first was for routine maintenance, and we chose them form convenience of location. They did a full inspection and came back with a laundry list of things in need of work that we couldn't afford and they didn't press us on any of it, though they did stress that some items needed to be dealt with. This time around, we were dealing with the most critical of those items. Despite it being a Saturday on a holiday weekend, we had a call (missed) before the end of the day, and another early the next explaining what they'd found and how much each item on the list would cost. Since we'd been prepared for a big bill (catalytic converters aren't cheap and we already knew our exhaust system was busted), we gave the go-ahead on the three big-ticket items and several smaller ones. A couple of days later, we got a call that one of the items wasn't actually the issue they had believed, so that knocked our bill down a bit. Through it all, Tiffany Techaira was polite, professional, and very upbeat. She didn't try to sell us on any service we didn't need, and didn't push for the less-urgent things we still do, while still stressing that they would need to be fixed. Plus, since we were in for major service, the optional rental turned into a proper loaner, and we didn't have to rearrange any of our big plans for the holiday, despite our car being in the shop for several days. The Rogue was a decent vehicle, but we're very glad to have our Altima back. More

Service Experience with Jeff Morgan I was due for an oil change and our GPS system was not working properly in our new 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. Sometimes when you go do a Dr. the probl I was due for an oil change and our GPS system was not working properly in our new 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. Sometimes when you go do a Dr. the problem does not show up when you get to your appt. with the Dr. Jeff took a drive along with the technician and fortunately the problem that we were experiencing DID show up; they downloaded a software update and even though the issue did not appear on the update, the technician took the car out for a drive again and he fixed our problem. The car was due for a paint protectant application, a 3 hour process and Jeff offered to provide a ride to the local diner! This is my second experience with Mr. Morgan and it was again, exemplary. We live in Beverly Hills and of course could have our car serviced locally but I make the drive to Carson when service is needed; such is the high caliber of care and attention.
