I first went to Universal city nissan and I got a call 3 weeks ago saying that I was pre-approved for zero percent financing on a new nissan. I went there they didnt have the 370Z I wanted and tried to make weeks ago saying that I was pre-approved for zero percent financing on a new nissan. So I went to Carson Nissan because I remembered JJ gave me his card from when I was on Christmas vacation from the military. So it was fate it was in my car. So I went there and I told them I was pre-approved and they checked but I was not approve. Universal city Nissan lied to me!!! Carson Nissan worked very well with me and got me the payment I wanted and added other things. They are the best especially JJ. Go see JJ if you are interested in buying a new Nissan. He will do his best to help you like he helped me. More

After visiting Buena Park and Cerritos Nissan, we were really dissapointed with customer service and lack of knowledge. We called AAA and they referred us to Carson Nissan. AAA emailed our contact information over to Carson Nissan while we were on the phone with them. Once we finished our call with AAA, Irvin contacted us with in 5 minutes unlike Buena Park. Once we arrive Irvin was extra helpful and very knowledgable, provided us with new information and features we were not aware the Nissan Leaf had. He not only was with us through the entire process but he follow up the next day. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed, Mehdi in Finance was also very nice and helpful. We were so impress with the staff. Carson Nissan will be the first dealer we will visit for our next pruchase. More

I just want to say my experience at Nissan was GREAT!!! I went in on a Monday with my daughter to look at their Sentras because after my research I found this type of vehicle would be suitable for us, a pe I went in on a Monday with my daughter to look at their Sentras because after my research I found this type of vehicle would be suitable for us, a perfect fit. Especially the gas mileage this car gets. :) . As we were walking around the lot looking for the Sentras, a gentleman by the name of Ruben Garcia introduced himself. I must say he was very professional by giving a smile and handshake, but most important he asked what we were interested in and what price range we were looking at. I informed him I was looking to purchase a Sentra as this is the type of vehicle that would be suitable for us. He showed us the different ones that were within my price range and the luxury/loaded Sentra just wasn't an option. I think the one who was more pushy was my daughter and surprisingly not the Sales Consultant Ruben. He was very patient and detailed with his answeres, even though I repeatedly asked the same question over and over during our conversation. After going over the details of the car we finally test drove the what I would say the luxury one. As we came back to the dealership, he knew the luxury wasn't what I wanted so again he went over the Sentras again. Before we left the dealership that Monday I was indecisive of which one. I told him I would need a few days to decide and would be back Thurs. so an appt was made. He made a follow up call to confirm our appt. on Thurs and left a message stating he may have a better deal for me. WOW!! I called him back to confim I will be there after work he said no rush I will be here.What great customer service. Needless to say, I came out of there with the BEST deal with my new fully equipped yes fully equipped Nissan Sentra. He had accomodate myself as well as my daughter. Lai-ce was a pleasure to work with. She was informed, fair, and kind. She didn't play the typical bs games. I'd had some retched experiences with other dealerships on the quest to find my Leaf. I am grateful for the experience I enjoyed while at Carson Nissan. I called the dealership after finding them through the choosenissan.com website and I spoke with Lacie. When I arrived, JJ was near Reception and Lacie came down and introduced me to JJ. JJ was very personable - a really great guy. JJ introduced me to DJ, the young man who helped to get the loan with the bank. DJ was extremely professional. He continued to work with me to get the best deal. After the loan was approved, I was introduced to Lisa who helped with the signature on the papers. The signing process was very quick and easy. Lisa was very friendly, open and very professional with the loan signing process. JJ came to greet me after the process was complete. He took time to explain in detail all of the features in the Rogue. He is very knowledgeable and very considerate. He even came to my home to pick up the down payment check. I would recommend Carson Nissan! More

Mr.Jan Josef "JJ" Anglo did excellent job of helping us get our new 2013 pathfinder. After a week, we decided to buy it. and JJ was excited as we were getting the pathfinder. he made sure the new pathfinder looks great; he had it washed and ready (also refuel it); and jj's not done before we drive the vehicle home; he made sure that we are aware of all the features/accessories/systems inside the vehicle. The customer service at this dealership was great, I had gone to several dealerships and this one was by far the best one. They had the car I was looking for and gave me the exact price on the advertisement gone to several dealerships and this one was by far the best one.
