Fantastic!!!! My wife and I came to Carson Nissan for a new car after her car was totaled in an accident. We were met by Silviano with a cheerful hello and willingness to help right away. We asked to speak to the Fleet Manger and he took us when we meet Irvin. Both helped us threw the whole process. Irvin asked what we were looking for and we told them that we would like to look at the Pathfinder. Silviano and Irvin both walked us out to look at the Pathfinders. We found one that we loved right away. While we test drove the Pathfinder with Silviano, Irvin worked on pricing for us. We had our two children with and they treated them like they were one of their own talking to them and asking if they needed anything. The whole process was simple and was the easiest was car buying experience ever!!!! When it was time for Lisa in Finance we were almost done and Lisa was ready to help us with a smile and she personally called the banks to get us the best rate. She set up an appointment with the service department the next day to have LoJack installed on our Pathfinder. This is when we met Carlos and he was just as just as friendly and kind as the everyone we met the day before. We I came back he met me at the door and had everything ready for me to get on my way. It is by the friendliest service center that I have ever been to. I have never had a better experience. I have already been telling my family and friends to come and talk to Silviano, Irvin, Lisa, and Carlos at Carson Nissan. The entire staff was Awesome and friendly. We never felt pressure and it was the best experience I have had buying a car. I will be returning again to buy my future cars. Came back to Carson Nissan I tried another local dealer when a friend suggested we come to his dealership for service. We didn't have the same customer experience that I get wh I tried another local dealer when a friend suggested we come to his dealership for service. We didn't have the same customer experience that I get when I come to Carson Nissan. When an issue arose, we immediately called Carson and were happy we did. The only issue was that we had to call and follow up on a part that needed to be replaced per our warranty. Not a big deal, but if you strive for service perfection its a small detail that makes an impact. I'd also like if there was a brief overview of what was completed when I pick up my car. More

I was delighted when it only took Chris Ayala and his team just a day to not only diagnose, but also fix, my car with a computer update. The cost was far below what I had anticipated and I left very happily the next day with my car. Chris was friendly and I didn't have to wait at all when I brought my car in and picked it up.
