I had an excellent experience with Roberto Romero. When he informed me that I would need almost $800 worth of work done to my '05 Nissan I informed him I had purchased an Extended Warranty. He checked the records and it appeared that because of my miles I was out of warranty. I said that couldn't be possible as I recall having at least 2-3 more years of my warranty. He contacted Nissan and they verified an error was made re: the miles. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. He deserves a raise! More

Jessie Avila was the one who helped me look at the different cars they had in stock. Jessie opened up every single car I wanted to check out not only that but he gave me the chance to test drive all of them. After comparing three different cars side by side I made the choice to get a Nissan Sentra. Jessie took his time to show me every thing the car had to offer and took his time to answer my questions. I went online to just look to see what was out there and left my phone number. Eugene Cho gave me a call and we talked, he asked what my situation was and after talking with him, he told me that he felt Carson Nissan would be able to bless me with purchasing a new vehicle. We made an appointment that I was unable to keep. Eugene followed up with an email and phone call and we did all the paperwork and made an appointment to come in on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00. I'm proud to say that I have never experienced such a major purchase so easily and smoothly. Smooth Operators I recently visited and purchased a new 2014 S Model Nissan Pathfinder. I had been looking for a vehicle for some time. Once I decided on the vehicle I I recently visited and purchased a new 2014 S Model Nissan Pathfinder. I had been looking for a vehicle for some time. Once I decided on the vehicle I went to Carson Nissan due to a lot of good advertisement on the radio. I was treated by Brian Flores who's friendly disposition helped me chose the right vehicle. After the vehicle was chosen and paperwork completed, I met with the management staff to close the deal. I had sold my home in another state on a short sale. Should I say more. But the financial manager Farrak, I believe his name is, worked out the numbers. Within hours I was driving out of the lot with my new vehicle. The staff was so friendly and hospitable including the parts and service departments. What a pleasure to meet such a fantastic team of sales people. I definitely recommend Carson Nissan! Thank you!
