I took my 2012 Rogue in for Service at Carson Nissan. Larry Russell assisted me. He was great! During my wait, I walked around to see the 2015 models . Unexpectedly, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Rogue. It was not my plan to purchase a vehicle on 9/20/14, but the deal was too good to pass up. Ethaniel Baxter assisted with picking out the color & checking out the new 'bells and whistles". He was very hands-on & patient with me. I appreciated that because I come from an automotive background--working at AHM for 13 years; so I appreciated the fact that EZ was not pushy. Larry kindly refunded the $$$ for the Oil Change & batteries belonging to the 2012. Lisa Melkonian assisted me with the financing. I worked with Lisa when I purchased my 2012 Rogue, so I knew I was good hands. My overall experience was awesome. When I arrived I got help by a gentleman that handed me over to Christian, I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to the Nissan Sentra. It was just what I was looking for, small, comfortable and gas saver! He took the time to explain to me every feature in the car & the pricing on the car... Once inside doing the paperwork he was understanding, he got his manager Irving involved to see what they can do for me. I like that Nissan was able to work with me and make me feel comfortable in the decision I was making.
