Carson Nissan's service department treated me like royalty! There was a software upgrade needed for my Leaf, and I brought my car there for the first time. I had another errand down the 405 that day royalty! There was a software upgrade needed for my Leaf, and I brought my car there for the first time. I had another errand down the 405 that day and per my lease agreement on the Leaf, I took advantage of one of their gas powered autos (needed for the longer drive) for the day while they serviced my car. Carl Taylor was super friendly and easy to work with. It was clear to me that I would always return here for my service needs, and ask for him! Christina Martinez, another service advisor was there and all smiles. Roy Schilder secured me a brand new Nissan Rogue, chuckling and kidding around, especially when I asked for a car with a USB port to keep my failing cell phone charged. I guess that is pretty much standard these days! I enjoyed the Rogue, and really appreciated returning to a still-smiling service department, even though it was now late afternoon. The icing on the cake was that my car had been charged, and carefully washed! More

Hi - I was looking for a used pre owned and certified 4x4 truck which would match my needs as an engineer working in renewables/construction. My work takes me places where no roads follow. I looked at several trucks: Ford, Dodge, etc. With the NISSAN Titan, I got more truck for the same amount of money compared with competing makes/models. The service which Nissan Carson, with Mohammed in person, had welcomed me with, was without issues. Nice location, friendly faces and transparent negotiations. I walked into Carson Nissan with the intentions of learning about the College Graduate Program around 6pm. I had no intentions of even looking at cars. By 9pm, I was driving off in a brand new 2014 Ni learning about the College Graduate Program around 6pm. I had no intentions of even looking at cars. By 9pm, I was driving off in a brand new 2014 Nissan Versa. Before getting to Carson Nissan, I spoke to Larry on the phone who directed me to Ethaniel. As a college student, I had been trying to buy a car for a little over a year walking into several dealerships. Safe to say, I had dealt with pushy salesman who instead of talking me into a car, talked me out of it. Emanuel was extremely patient stating several times I could test drive every car I wanted and that “we would make it work” as far as a deal. Never pushy and constantly saying “you tell me what you want”. Being nice, patient, and making customers feel comfortable and at ease really works to Ethaniel’s advantage , as it is very hard to come across these type of sales men. Whatever you do Ethaniel keep doing it, it works. I am happy with my new purchase and I am glad “we made it work.” I would also like to comment on a couple of other people I came across at Carson Nissan including DJ who I believe is a manager and Lisa who is the financing manager there. DJ was very straightforward helpful which I appreciated, and Lisa was extremely nice and helpful in making the financing process as smooth as it could go. As I previously stated, I had been to several dealerships in the past year, and Carson Nissan gave me the best experience yet. Keep up the great customer service guys. More

We were referred to Carson Nissan expecting to purchase a preowned (higher milage) vehicle to use in our business. But instead were able to purchase a 2014 (Versa Note) with 20 miles and an expectation of 40 mpg's. Wow!! Can not say enough about the Professionalism exhibited by this team: From the buying options,tailored to our specific requirements, to the vehicle presentation and test, to the signing of the finale financing agreement, all were accomplished with strict attention to detail AND WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE! In short from the first hand shake to the "Ringing" of the congratulatory bell concluding our purchase we were made to feel that this dealership truly valued their customer!
